Shot with the RED camera and sixty Canon still cameras on a rail, the biggest challenge was pulling this off in a working Casino over two very long nights.

 The hardest thing about doing a frozen time effect like this is the setup. Everyone of the sixty Canon cameras needs to be lined up, then add a RED camera in two positions, front and end, with a different image plane and lens!

On this shoot we cut a rough version of each spot as we shot. This was very useful for timing and take selection, so useful that we skipped the entire off-line stage and went straight into compositing the effects the week after the shoot.
